Dog friendly outdoor dining with sand under your feet. Met a lot of the staff as we brought our two dogs. Dog menu options available. Arrived at 630 on a Saturday evening, had a 30 minute wait but went to the bar to get some drinks and that time flew by

Great patio with tables in the sand for ocean views. My wife had the chicken philly and it was stuffed and delicious. I had the scallops. Decent, but just ok. Oddly we tried to go a second time but when we walked in they said they were closed. This was in their posted times multiple tables of customers and waitresses. Maybe need to update Google and signs.

Food was well worth the money. Service needs some rehab on the order of how they need to ring in food based on the experience we had with our waitress that was rushing us to immediately get our order when we wanted to have a drink and appetizer before we settled on food. Told her what we wanted for an appetizer and drinks then she asked again if we were ready to order. I told her well just give you some time to get the appetizer and drinks started and so we can have a chance to look at the menu. Settled on food and ordered. Waited about 30 minutes to ask if our appetizer was coming up soon only to be met with the question of Did you want it to come out with your entrees or before? Then proceeded to out herself by saying the tickets come out in the order they were put in. We got our appetizer 20 minutes after that interaction. Then the entrees immediately after that. Got our bill and a random shirt that we never ordered was on it as well. But the couple that was on Karaoke going back and forth with songs were on fire and then the other people that sang some songs really livened the night up.

We really enjoyed this lovely place on the beach. Our first stop, we were able to dig our toes into the sand under our picnic table, while enjoying a particularly good rum runner, dark & stormy, and a few of the other specialty beverages they offer. We learned they had karaoke the next night, so we decided to hang out again with our new friends again. We had a blast rick-rolling and having dinner while being sung to by some of the locals. It is a lovely gem on the beach and a true must do in the area. Their crab cake sandwich for lunch was my favorite crab cake I had on this trip to the beach. I also had their shrimp basket for dinner. We were all happy with our food and drinks. Great memories!! Parking: They have a few spots next to the restaurant, and a larger lot across the street for a few hours of free parking while you are in the restaurant. We did not have any issues parking either visit, but it was not fully into beach season yet either.

Cant speak for atmosphere or service we got take out (we had our 100lb dog and didnt feel right leaving him alone in a strange beach house). Got the clam strip basket. The hush puppies were really great. Fries were good too. Not crazy about the coleslaw but I havent had any down in North Carolina Ive liked yet. So thats a me issue.

Julie was an awesome server! It was a busy summer night so we were prepared for a long wait but it was only about 20 minutes for a table. Great ocean view and you can put your feet in the sand. The kitchen was backed up so it was a long wait for food but my kids used that time to run and play on the beach at sunset. We all enjoyed our food. We had chicken fingers, salads, and fried seafood. We also had the fried pickles, which were very good! It was a lovely night! And we even got to bring our dog! Loved the Lazy Turtle!

Went here for a friends bachorlette party a good time was had by all! Great drinks and everyone is so friendly, even the other patrons were great everyone was having fun there was live music and I even got pulled into a random group photo as I was walking by lol. Ill definitely be back. Also turtle juice is a delicious cocktail!

This would be epic to sit on the beach! We were here in December, I had grilled Mahi with terrific hush puppies & French fries. Our server, Dani, was nice & also attentive. Enjoy!

Stopped in today for the shrimp and flounder basket and it was great! Sat at the inside bar and Christy was super nice. Excellent experience. I will definitely be back to try other items. Fresh brewed iced tea was impressive too. Food

This place used to be great. The short hair lady they have as the hostess is a nightmare of a person. We wont be back unless the short haired lady with the attitude quits or gets fired
